Mark Avery is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bell, an AI-powered infrastructure company creating the modern service station for a new era of mobility. Bell is redefining roadside hubs by integrating ultra-fast EV charging, renewable energy, automated car washing, cafés, and digital services into one intelligent platform.
A proven builder of national roll-up businesses, Mark has completed more than 100 acquisitions across childcare, property, and legal services - including the integration of 89 childcare centres into a single national platform. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of an ASX-listed company, he executed a $40M trade sale, delivered significant shareholder returns, and led an oversubscribed $30M institutional capital raise backed by NAB, Intersuisse, and Macquarie Bank.
Today, Mark is applying that expertise to Bell, building a property-backed, AI-driven network designed to power the energy transition, reshape mobility, and create lasting infrastructure value.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and MBA from Bond University, where he received a Law Scholarship in 1997.
